EUGENIO ROJAS
Founder & Massage Therapist
With more than 800 hours of formal training and as a 2018 graduate of East West College of Healing Arts, Eugenio has spent nearly a decade refining his approach to therapeutic massage. What began with a desire to help people feel better has evolved into a deeply intuitive and intentional practice centered around connection, presence, and the body's natural ability to restore itself.
Eugenio approaches each session as an opportunity to listen—to the person, to the body, and to what is needed in that moment. Through a combination of therapeutic deep tissue, stretching, and intuitive bodywork, he works to release muscular tension, improve mobility, and address areas of discomfort while creating the space for the mind to quiet and the body to let go.
For Eugenio, the most rewarding part of the work isn't simply relieving a knot or easing sore muscles. It's seeing someone leave feeling different than when they arrived—lighter, more relaxed, more mobile, and more connected to themselves.
His continued commitment to craftsmanship has led him to pursue additional education, including stretch thereapy, deep tissue, Lomi Lomi, and Craneosacral therapy. Expanding his understanding of the body and the many ways therapeutic touch can support the people he serves.
At the heart of Eugenio's practice is a simple belief:
When we create the space to slow down, the body has an opportunity to be heard, and we have an opportunity to become fully present.

SETH PROCHASKA

Movement Specialist
Earth-driven. Results-focused. Human-centered.
With more than 10,000 hours of hands-on coaching experience, Seth brings a deeply grounded approach to movement, strength, and human performance. Backed by 25+ personal training certifications, CrossFit Level 1, and multiple nutrition credentials, their work is rooted in a simple belief: the body isn't something to simply train—it is something to understand.
Their approach combines functional training, natural movement patterns, and evidence-based coaching to help people build strength that translates beyond the gym and into everyday life. Whether the goal is rebuilding foundational movement, developing confidence, or reaching a higher level of performance, each program is shaped around the individual rather than a predetermined formula.
For Seth, good coaching begins with listening. Understanding how someone moves, where they are starting, what their body is communicating, and what they ultimately want to accomplish. From there, the work becomes intentional—building resilient, capable bodies that support the life people actually want to live.
The goal isn't simply to look stronger.
It's to move through life feeling stronger, more capable, and more at home in your own body.
Functional. Grounded. Proven.
MOLLY MARTIN
Yoga Instructor
Heart-centered. Grounded. Intentional.
Molly is a heart-centered yoga teacher whose practice is rooted in mindful movement, breath, and creating space for people to reconnect with themselves. Trained in Hatha Yoga through Full Circle Yoga School, where she earned her 200-hour certification in 2019, she brings a gentle and intuitive presence to every class.
Her teaching moves beyond the physical practice of yoga. Through gentle, vinyasa, restorative, and yin practices, Molly invites each person to listen inward, move with intention, and meet their body exactly where it is. Her classes may incorporate essential oils, guided meditation, sound healing, Reiki energy work, and intentional reflection, creating an atmosphere designed to support both physical relaxation and inner connection.
For Molly, yoga isn't about performing a pose perfectly or reaching a particular destination. It's about creating a moment to breathe, become aware, and return to yourself.
Her classes are thoughtfully shaped around the people in front of her, allowing the practice to unfold naturally rather than asking the individual to fit into a predetermined experience.
A softer breath. A quieter mind. A deeper connection to yourself.
